School open Monday 5th March
4 March 2018 (by hjames)
I can confirm that school will be open to all pupils on Monday 5th March. Thank you.
Dear All, I can confirm that school will be open tomorrow (Monday 5th March) as normal for all pupils. It will be a partial non-uniform day to allow the pupils to wear suitable trousers and footwear. Please ensure that your child has a change of socks and some indoor shoes. School jumper to be worn as normal please. The back path to the Links should be open by tomorrow morning- final snow clearing is being completed today. Please can all children come into school straight away in the morning because both playgrounds are out of action. Please take care coming to school and allow a little more time because of the remaining snow. Please supervise small children because there are still some piles of quite deep snow around our site. Thank you to everyone for their understanding and patience last week. We would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Sewell and some very kind volunteers who have been working on site every day since Thursday, for their snow shovelling! We would also like to thank again, our team members who travelled in, or attempted travel, to school during these conditions. We have a fantastic, dedicated team of staff and these efforts were greatly appreciated. An e-mail will be sent out tomorrow to confirm new arrangements for World Book Day and Bedtime Story Day. Warmest regards, Mrs. K. Harrison-Brown
