Medical Information

Please inform the school of any medical conditions or special medical needs that may affect your child while they are in school or taking part in school visits.

Unwell Children

Children who are unwell should not be sent to school. If your doctor has advised that your child needs medication during the school day, the appropriate paperwork must be completed.

They bring Bible stories to life through interactive storytelling in which children play an active part. These sessions are fun, engaging, and loved by pupils and adults alike.

Medication in School

Prescribed medication

  • An Administration of Medication form must be completed.
  • This form can be downloaded from the school website or collected from the school office.
  • Please hand the completed form to the office together with the medication.
  • All medicines must be clearly labelled with your child’s name.

Parents are encouraged to read the school’s Administration of Medication Policy before submitting medication.

Non‑prescribed medication

Non‑prescribed items such as paracetamol tablets or cough medicines may be administered in school.

School Nurse

The school nurse, Hayley Agnew, is available to offer advice on medical matters, including head lice.
